There is nothing better than Christmas in our home because that means it is cookie baking season! These peanut butter blossom cookies are a favorite! We bake them for about 7-8 minutes because my daughter likes the super soft!

This recipe is so easy to make! I love organizing my cooking making and mix up a variety of different doughs that need to be refrigerated one day and then go on a baking spree the next day.
The best part about this cookie is that you can use different kinds of chocolate kisses for different varieties of cookies: dark chocolate, milk chocolate, peppermint swirl and more.
