These No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies are just the right amount of peanut butter and oatmeal. I keep them in the refrigerator because I enjoy to eat these no bake cookies cold.

Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies

These peanut butter cookies have no flour and are made with just 3 ingredients. These cookies are gluten free and no added sugar, so you can easily alter to fit whatever diet plan you are on.

No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies

I love to bake on the weekends and these cookies were an easy alternative. Simply swap different types of nut butters if you prefer an almond or a cashew butter.

I love to keep a batch on hand and keep some frozen for last minute snacks. These are full of protein and are tasty too.

No Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

 

Ingredients

½ cup creamy peanut butter

2 cup gluten free rolled oats

¼ cup maple syrup, no sugar added

 

 

Directions

Mix together all of the ingredients.

Drop by TBSP onto silicon mats or parchment paper.

Freeze for at least 20 minutes before serving.

Honestly these cookies are so good, they are perfect for an afternoon bite. We love to have these when the kids have playdates after school.
