What is a scuffin? A scuffin is a cross between a scone and a muffin. This Raspberry scuffin is a delicious and moist breakfast or brunch pastry that is easy to make and your whole family will love.

Raspberry Cream Cheese Scuffin Recipe

Ingredients for Raspberry Cream Cheese Scuffins

1 tube crescent dough sheet or rolls

4 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup spreadable raspberry jam

Instructions for Raspberry Cream Cheese Scuffins

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray a muffin tin with baking spray

Roll the dough out evenly, if it has seams press them together

Spread on the cream cheese

Layer on the raspberry jam

Roll up tightly starting on a long end

Cut the roll into 3 equal sections

Next cut each section in half lengthwise

Stretch each strip slightly and wrap around your fingers then place in the muffin tin

Repeat with all the strips

Bake 18-20 minutes until golden brown on top

Cool 5 minutes in the pan

Remove and serve immediately or serve at room temperature
