Unicorn dessert recipes are easy to make with bright and colorful sweets.

These unicorn parfaits are layers of brightly colored pink, purple and yellow pudding with crushed vanilla cookies in between the decadent layers. This is the perfect dessert for any unicorn birthday party you are planning.

Have you seen all the delicious unicorn desserts all over the internet? Seriously these are the easiest things to make using your color theme that would look great on any dessert table. We created ours using pink, yellow and blue vanilla pudding layers.

This is an easy no bake dessert for all of our unicorn fans out there. These are so easy to make that they kids can totally help out – either with crushing the cookies or mixing the coloring into the vanilla pudding. Plus, everything tastes better when you help make it!

How to Make Unicorn Parfaits

Ingredients:

1 large pkg. instant sugar free vanilla pudding, made to package directions.

Pink, yellow and blue food coloring

Golden Cookies, crushed { I used vanilla sandwich cookies}

Whipped cream and sprinkles, if desired

Directions:

Separate the prepared vanilla pudding into 3 separate bowls.

Add one drop or two of food coloring to each bowl so you will have one bowl of pink, yellow and blue pudding.

Layer the pudding into a stemless wineglass, separating with crumbled cookies.

Top with whipped cream and sprinkles if desired.
