Homemade Granola

An easy and healthy granola recipe. This pumpkin spice granola recipe is made with coconut oil and has no added sugar.

Breakfast these days consists of a yogurt parfait for me with Greek yogurt, a handful of berries and a few tablespoons of granola for a satisfying crunch.

Ingredients Needed

pumpkin puree

coconut oil, oats

vanilla, pecans

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F

Add coconut oil and maple syrup in a medium saucepan. Melt and mix over medium heat. Remove from heat.

Add oats, granola and pumpkin seeds in a large bowl. Pour pumpkin puree mixture into the bowl.

Spread the granola mixture onto a non-stick baking sheet.
