Moist Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 ouncepumpkin
  • 2 TBSP maple syrup
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1/3 cup applesauce
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon ginger

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • Grease two 9” loaf pans
  • Combine all the ingredients and stir well.
  • Pour into the prepared pans.
  • Bake for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Cool for at least 10 minutes before turning out of pan.
