This is by far, the most delicious summer side dish! We keep a container in the refrigerator at all times, it really goes with anything. Chicken, pork, steak, fish, you name it and it is so simple to make.
Ingredients
1 16oz can Corn
1 32oz can Black Beans, drained
Hot sauce to taste
Salt and pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients together. I usually put about 5 or 6 good shakes of Franks Hot Sauce.
- Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. (The longer the better!)
