Can you freeze Chocolate Caramel Pretzel bark?
Absolutely! You can freeze this pretzel bark for up to 3 months. To defrost, simply thaw overnight in the refrigerator before serving.

Caramel Pretzel Bark
Ingredients
- mini pretzels
- butter
- brown sugar
- chocolate chips
- toffee bits
Directions
Line a baking sheet with a silicon mat and preheat oven to 375.
Spread the broken pieces of pretzels on a single layer on your baking sheet and set aside.
In a medium size saucepan, combine the butter and sugar until combined. Without stirring, bring the mixture to a boil for 4 minutes.
Pour the caramel over the pretzels and bake for 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top of the bark.
Spread with a spatula and top with toffee bits if desired.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the candy to set.
Break into pieces or cut into strips.
Tip: You can really add anything to this mix- nuts, candy pieces, crackers, etc.
This is one of the easiest sweet treats to make and everyone loves it. If you like your toffee to remain hard keep in the fridge or if you like the toffee a bit more chewy, keep in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks at room temperature.

- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1-1/2 cups chocolate chips (I used milk chocolate)
- ¼ cup toffee bits, if desired
