This healthy berry rice pudding recipe is a new twist on your traditional recipe incorporating baby yogurt.
Looking for an easy way to add nutrition into your rice pudding recipe? Simply add in Gerber Yogurt Blends Snack. You read that right, mix in baby yogurt into your rice pudding recipe and your family will be reaping the nutritional benefits that baby food gives. For this creamy rice pudding recipe I used Mixed Berry yogurt blends that I found in Walmart because it is sweet and naturally lends itself to the color and flavor of the recipe.
As a mom to three children, we are out of the baby food stage but I am always concerned that my family is not getting the nutrients they need on an everyday basis. I love that by simply adding a nutritious whole milk yogurt, this is pasteurized after culturing, I am able to provide calcium, Vitamins A,D, and E for their growth and development. This yogurt gives the perfect amount of creaminess that the rice pudding needs and everyone lose from young to old.
