Easy Cactus Cupcake Topper

Cactus and succulent parties are all the rage these days. These are so easy to make and echos the shape of the Nutter Butter cookie.

The cactus cookies are perfect for a garden or Cinco de Mayo party. Plus they are delicious.

What you need for an Easy Cactus Cupcake topper

Ingredients

6 Nutter Butter Cookies

Green Cookie Royal Icing ( I bought mine at Walmart)

White sprinkle

Pink flowers

Popsicle sticks

Directions

Place a popsicle stick carefully into the side of a Nutter Butter cookie.

Outline the shape of the cookie with the green icing and fill to cover the top.

Add a few white sprinkles and a pink flower to each.

Let dry.

Place on top of a cupcake!
