English Muffin Bread Recipe
There is something about a chewy delicious English Muffin. This recipe is very easy and does not take too much time or a bread maker. You can make this recipe is a large covered Dutch oven. I like to mix together the dough first thing in the morning and let it rise while I do my morning routine.
This bread toasts up nicely to be served with butter, jelly or even with a dessert topping. Yes you can have an English Muffin for dessert!
