I have for you the most delicious homemade Bailey’s Irish Cream recipe. I bet you didn’t know that you could make your own Bailey’s?! This is the easiest, creamiest recipe to make. You will want to make a batch up to have in your refrigerator for the upcoming holiday season. This will keep in the fridge if sealed for up to 2 months.
1-1/2 cups light cream
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1 cup Irish whiskey (I used Jameson’s)
1 tsp instant coffee
3 Tbsp chocolate syrup
2 teaspoon vanilla
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and set on high for 30 seconds. Keep in a sealed container and refrigerate. Shake before serving.
