The Biggest New Restaurant Openings In Las Vegas, August 2025

Vegas just keeps reinventing itself! The city’s food scene is exploding this August with some seriously mouth-watering new spots.

I recently took a weekend trip to Sin City and couldn’t believe how many ‘Coming Soon’ signs were plastered across the Strip and beyond.

From celebrity chef showcases to quirky themed eateries, these ten new restaurants are set to make a huge splash in the desert oasis.

Naughty Patty’s Burger Emporium

Holy smokes, this place had me at ‘bacon-infused bun’! Naughty Patty’s isn’t just another burger joint—it’s a full-on flavor revolution by celebrity chef Marcus Williams. The restaurant sits right in the heart of the Bellagio, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking those famous dancing fountains.

What makes this spot special? For starters, every patty is dry-aged in-house for 28 days. My personal favorite has to be the ‘Sin City Sizzler’—topped with ghost pepper cheese, caramelized onions, and their secret ‘what happens here stays here’ sauce.

The decor rocks a retro 50s diner vibe but with a distinctly Vegas twist. Think pink neon, leather booths, and waitstaff in uniforms that would make Elvis proud. They’re already booked solid for their first month!

The Party – A Kardashian Experience

Never thought I’d see the day when reality TV royalty would create my new favorite brunch spot! The Party is Khloe Kardashian’s first venture into the restaurant world, and honestly, it’s surprisingly unpretentious. Located in the new west wing of Caesar’s Palace, this Instagram paradise serves up comfort food with a healthy twist.

Breakfast bowls packed with superfoods sit alongside indulgent French toast stacks drizzled with gold-flecked maple syrup. The restaurant’s design features lush greenery walls, champagne bubble chandeliers, and those famous phone-charging tables that went viral last year.

Reservations require a $50 deposit, but here’s the kicker—you get it back as a gift card to their attached boutique. Smart move, Khloe! Weekend wait times are already projected to hit three hours during peak times.

Ai Pazzi – Sicilian Street Food Reimagined

Mamma mia! I stumbled upon Ai Pazzi during their soft opening and nearly cried tears of joy. This hidden gem tucked away in Downtown Las Vegas brings authentic Sicilian street food to the desert with a modern twist that’ll knock your socks off.

Chef Gabriella Romano, fresh from her three-Michelin-star success in Milan, crafts arancini balls filled with unexpected treasures like truffle-scented lobster and saffron-infused short rib. The space feels like a Palermo alleyway that somehow got teleported to Nevada—complete with hanging laundry lines, weathered stucco walls, and the sounds of Italian opera floating through the air.

Don’t miss their tableside cannoli service where they pipe the filling right before your eyes. Pro tip: they don’t take reservations yet, so show up right when they open at 5 PM to avoid the inevitable crowds.

Street Food By Weera Thai – Floating Night Market

Talk about dinner AND a show! Last week, I got a sneak peek at Street Food by Weera Thai, and it blew my mind. This isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an entire floating night market built inside the Venetian’s new east wing expansion.

Actual boats serve as food stalls, drifting along a custom-built indoor canal. Each vessel specializes in different regional Thai dishes, from fiery northern larb to sweet southern curries. The genius part? You simply tap your RFID wristband to order, then watch as your food gets delivered via miniature remote-controlled boats right to your table!

The ceiling projects a changing Thai sky, transitioning from sunset to starry night throughout the evening. They’ve even recreated Bangkok’s humidity (though thankfully at a much lower level) to complete the immersive experience. Reservations are already booked three months out.

Rare Society – Carnivore’s Paradise

Carnivores, rejoice! Rare Society just opened its doors at Resorts World, and my meat-loving heart nearly exploded with joy. This isn’t your grandfather’s steakhouse—it’s a high-tech temple to all things beef, with a dramatic flair that could only exist in Vegas.

Each table features a built-in temperature-controlled aging chamber where your selected cut matures before your eyes. The theatrical presentation continues with tableside carving performed by chefs wielding laser-guided knives that project the exact doneness temperature onto your steak.

The showstopper has to be their signature “Meat Passport” program. You get an actual passport that gets stamped each time you try a different exotic cut or aging process. Complete the passport, and you’ll earn a spot in their exclusive underground tasting room where they serve rare game meats not found on the regular menu.

Golden Boy Market And Deli – Filipino Fusion

Sometimes the best finds are away from the Strip! Golden Boy Market and Deli, nestled in the Arts District, combines a Filipino grocery store with a mind-blowing fusion eatery that had me questioning everything I thought I knew about flavor combinations.

Chef Ramon Diaz, fresh from winning Top Chef: Pacific Rim, creates magical mashups like sisig tacos, adobo ramen, and ube croissants that sell out within hours. The space itself feels like walking into Manila’s coolest neighborhood—colorful jeepney-inspired booths, hand-painted murals by local artists, and a live action kitchen where grandmas (flown in from the Philippines) hand-roll lumpia alongside tattooed hipster sous chefs.

My absolute favorite touch? The karaoke room in back where you can belt out tunes while waiting for a table. Fair warning: this place doesn’t take reservations, and the line starts forming an hour before they open.

Not A Damn Chance (NADC) – Exclusive Supper Club

The name says it all! Getting a reservation at NADC might actually require an act of God—or at least a friend with serious connections. This ultra-exclusive supper club hidden within the Cosmopolitan doesn’t even have a public phone number or website.

I lucked out when a friend of a friend scored us a table during their friends-and-family week. The mysterious entrance requires finding a specific elevator, then solving a series of puzzles before being admitted. Once inside, the 24-seat dining room serves a constantly changing 15-course menu based on the chef’s dreams from the night before (yes, really).

The night I visited, dishes included “Childhood Memory Foam” (a cotton candy that tastes exactly like a PB&J) and “Fever Dream Lobster” (served in a smoking glass dome). Rumor has it reservations are already booked through 2026, with a waitlist over 10,000 names long.

Mirage Gardens – Plant-Based Dining Experience

Green thumbs up for this one! Mirage Gardens transformed the rooftop of the Aria into a literal farm-to-table concept that’s changing how Vegas thinks about plant-based dining. I’m no vegan, but this place made me seriously consider converting.

The restaurant is surrounded by its own working hydroponic garden where diners can pick ingredients for their meals. Chef Leila Washington, formerly of Eleven Madison Park, creates vegetable-forward masterpieces that taste so rich and satisfying you’ll forget there’s no meat involved. The “Whole Roasted Watermelon Steak” had me questioning reality.

Between courses, guests are invited to stroll through the garden with a complimentary botanical cocktail. The sunset views of the Strip are unmatched, especially from their swinging pod chairs suspended over raised herb beds. They’re already expanding to accommodate demand, adding breakfast service starting next month.

Chronos – Time-Traveling Tasting Menu

Buckle up, food nerds! Chronos just might be the weirdest, most wonderful dining concept to hit Vegas since… well, ever. Located in the renovated Luxor pyramid, this place takes you on a literal culinary time machine journey through different eras of gastronomy.

The dining room physically transforms between courses—walls move, lighting changes, even the table itself morphs into different shapes. One minute you’re eating Roman Empire-inspired delicacies while lounging on couches, the next you’re sampling futuristic molecular gastronomy dishes as your chair converts to a space-age pod.

The staff changes costumes between courses, and the immersive technology makes you feel like you’ve actually traveled through time. My favorite course was the “1920s Speakeasy,” where a hidden panel opened to reveal a secret bar serving prohibition-era cocktails. At $500 per person, it’s a splurge, but one that’s worth every penny.

Starlight Soiree – Drone Dining Spectacle

Just when I thought Vegas couldn’t get more over-the-top! Starlight Soiree takes outdoor dining to new heights—literally. This revolutionary concept at the new Fontainebleau resort features tables scattered across their massive rooftop pool deck, which transforms into a dining venue after sunset.

The mind-blowing part? Your food is delivered by custom-designed drones that descend from the night sky, choreographed to music and light shows. Each course arrives with its own mini drone performance—my dessert came with a fleet of tiny drones creating a spinning sugar cage around my table!

Chef Tony Rodriguez’s Mediterranean-inspired menu is stellar on its own, but the technological spectacle makes this place unforgettable. They only accept 40 diners per night to ensure perfect drone performance, and yes, they have contingency plans for windy evenings. Currently booked six months out, with celebrities reportedly buying out entire evenings.
