Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease two 9” loaf pans

Combine all the ingredients and stir well. Pour into the prepared pans.

Bake for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool for at least 10 minutes before turning out of pan.
