There is something so special about a great tasting cocktail! I love to create cocktails that are a spin on a classic recipe and this Seagrams 7 and Ginger Beer Cocktail has quickly become a favorite. This is my spin on a traditional Moscow Mule and it is delicious and refreshing.
Whiskey has never been a libation of choice for me but I was recently introduced to the Whiskey5.com website and it made it so easy to see what types of whiskey I might like. You really have to try this website, it is so much fun. Simply select the two flavors that best suits your taste and use the sliders to set the intensity. Once you toggle after you make your selection, you will see what flavor of whiskey you will enjoy. Mine was the Smooth flavor profile. A rich and creamy whiskey profile- both mellow and soothing.
I picked up a bottle of Seagrams 7 to try and I am loving the flavor palette of this whiskey. You may even spot this fun display at your local retailer.

Oh boy this is such a delicious and smooth cocktail. If you have a copper cup, use one. I think it looks so pretty in the copper cup or you can just as easy use a highball glass, whatever your preference. This Seagrams 7 and Ginger Beer will be the signature cocktail at our next together. Ginger beer is available with alcohol or without. I used the non-alcoholic variety in my recipe.
