Oh my! For those of you that are following a diet resolution this new year you may want to look away. These chocolate caramel cupcakes are delicious and look amazing too. My kids thought they were great too. There is nothing better than the chocolate caramel combination well…. maybe peanut butter but I digress.
These are so easy to make I just made a devils food boxed cake mix cupcake according to the package directions. Topped with cream cheese frosting, chopped Rolo candy and drizzled with chocolate syrup. This is heaven!
