Oh my word- this sweet dessert cheese ball is perfect for unexpected company, parties and more. Chocolate chips, sprinkles and cheese combined together and served with waffle chips, sugar cone pieces or even fruit for a perfect dessert.
Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball
This tastes very similar to a cannoli dip and we love to have this on hand. Such an easy to make dessert dip that you can use whatever you have on hand to dip into this sweet treat.
Rainbow chocolate chip cheese dip
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup butter, room temperature
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup chocolate chip
Rainbow sprinkles
Directions
In a bowl, add the cream cheese, butter, brown sugar and vanilla. Beat with a mixer until combined- about 4 minutes.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Place the mixture in a piece of plastic wrap and form into a bowl.
Refrigerate over night and then unwrap and roll in sprinkles or place in a bowl and top with sprinkles.
Serve with waffle cookies, vanilla wafers or fruit
