The Best Cinnamon Roll Pizza
I love to bake on the weekends and this dish made our home smell delicious! My husband loves cinnamon rolls but sometimes there is not enough time to make cinnamon rolls from scratch- let’s face it, it is time consuming!
Using refrigerated pizza dough makes all the difference in the world. This way you do not have to wait for the dough to rise! Be sure to make a crust around the outer edge on this one, otherwise you will have a buttery mess!
How to make Cinnamon Roll Pizza
Ingredients
2 rolls refrigerated pizza dough
Cinnamon sugar spread-
3 tsp cinnamon
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup butter
Cream Cheese Icing-
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 TBSP butter, softened
¾ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Roll out 1 pkg of pizza dough and place on Pampered Chef pizza stone.
Use the second tube of pizza dough to make a crust around the outside of the pizza dough. **Be sure to make the crust and press into the bottom, for no holes.**
Mix together the cinnamon spread and spread onto pizza bottom.
Bake for 15 minutes.
While the pizza is baking, mix up the cream cheese frosting.
Once the pizza is cool, drizzle the frosting on top and serve.
