We really enjoyed the Niman Ranch Pulled Pork. So much that we wanted to create these awesome pulled pork sliders with Grandma’s Coleslaw. These sliders will be perfect for an easy week night meal as well as for watch the games on Sundays.
Niman Ranch Pulled Pork is gluten-free and full of flavor with smoky chipotle barbecue sauce. Packaged in a reusable microwavable container, it makes for an easy meal, even on the busiest days.
Grandma’s Coleslaw
Ingredients
1 head cabbage shredded
1 carrot julienned or shredded
½ cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup white vinegar
1tbsp seasoned salt
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp parsley
Directions
Combine all ingredients listed above from the mayonnaise down with a whisk in a separate bowl. Pour over the cabbage and carrots and toss. Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving.
For the sliders
Simply use small slider potato buns and top with the pulled pork and coleslaw.
Bring out the extra napkins for this appetizers, it is finger licking good!
