2 Pizza Muffin Recipes and Pizza Genius Wanted

There is nothing better than a delicious English muffin pizza. I grew up eating these tasty treats and now Bays English Muffins wants to find the next pizza genius. I have two delicious recipes for a Shrimp, Tomato and Parmesan Pizza Muffin and a Blue Cheese Steak Pizza Muffin.

A traditional English Muffin pizza is definitely a favorite with my children with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. However mom and dad really love to experiment with our favorites. My husband loves to toast his Bays English Muffins before we put toppings where I like to keep mine softer. When I make our pizza muffins I do not toast the muffin first, simply layer on the ingredients and then toast for perfection.
Bays makes it easy and fun to enjoy your food. Currently they have some delicious recipes for pizza muffins like BBQ Chicken Pizza and Fig Prosciutto Arugula Pizza.
And many more tasty versions there as well. I made a few different recipes myself: Shrimp, Tomato and Parmesan Pizza Muffin and a Blue Cheese Steak Pizza Muffin.
Shrimp, Tomato and Parmesan Pizza Muffin
Makes 2 pizza muffins
Ingredients
4 large shrimp, grilled
6 grape tomatoes sliced in half
Shaved Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
Cut Bays English Muffin in half.
Assemble each pizza.
Toast for 8-10 minutes
Blue Cheese Steak Pizza Muffin
Makes 2 pizza muffins
Ingredients
4-5 slices of your favorite steak (you could use deli roast beef too!)
crumbles of Blue Cheese
Instructions
Cut Bays English Muffin in half.
Assemble each pizza.
Toast for 8-10 minutes

I can not tell you how much I love these english muffins. They are the perfect texture and size for any type of pizza muffin you may want to make. We enjoy ours slightly toasted with just a little butter for breakfast. But can easily be made into a lunch or dinner. Yum!
