Talk about a tropical and creamy drink! This Puerto Rican Coquito (egg nog but better!) recipe is definitely one you will want to try. It is creamy and delicious and would be best sipped in front of a roaring fire this winter.

I stumbled across someone speaking of this drink on the Internet one day and I had to find out what was in it and how to make it. Of course I altered my Coquito recipe up a bit to suit my tastes but I think it is fabulous.
Ingredients
1 can Cream of Coconut
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1-1/2 cups Rum
Directions
Combine all ingredients and shake in a covered container until frothy.
You could even blend it over ice for another variation.
Top with cinnamon and serve.
