An easy and healthy granola option to get your pumpkin spice fix this fall. This pumpkin spice granola recipe is made with coconut oil and has no added sugar.

Breakfast these days consists of a yogurt parfait for me with Greek yogurt, a handful of berries and a few tablespoons of granola for a satisfying crunch. This pumpkin spice granola is just right for the crisp fall mornings.

Add oats, granola and pumpkin seeds in a large bowl. Pour pumpkin puree mixture into the bowl.

Fold all ingredients together. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg and mix some more.

Spread the granola mixture onto a non-stick baking sheet.

Bake for approximately 35 minutes and allow to cool (about 15 minutes) before serving.

Enjoy!

Tip- Use locally sourced maple syrup for a deeper flavor.

How do you store homemade granola?

I like to store my granola in a mason jar. It keeps everything fresh, crunchy and flavorful.

This is such an easy recipe to make and keeps well in a mason jar in the pantry but trust me, it won’t last long!
