The weather has finally made a turn for the better in Upstate New York and spring is finally here. We are so lucky to live 5 minutes from the site of the original Woodstock Festival, Bethel Woods Center for the Arts and we often go there for the museum and their concert series every summer.

 

This past weekend my daughter and I decided to head on over to the museum and grounds for a nice afternoon and picnic lunch. We brought Creminelli Fine Meats™ in Prosciutto only and Felino & Manchego snack trays on our adventure.

The Bethel Woods Center for the Arts has a museum dedicated to preserving the legacy of the Woodstock Concert. This museum is so lively with music and video clips, photographs, clothing and even a full size bus fro the 60’s. The original Woodstock Festival took place at Yasgur Farms and the land has been turned into a non-profit concert pavilion, museum and in the fall they even have harvest festivals.

We love spending time on the grounds either wandering and enjoying the scenery or attending many of their concerts during the summer months. There is nothing better than meeting with friends and having a few beverages and easy snacks on hand before the concert begins on a warm summer evening. What could be easier than Creminelli Snack Trays? The proscuitto is my favorite with delicious thin slices of all-natural pork aged with sea salt. As an Italian girl, I love that artisans, while honoring authentic Italian traditions, always make these products. Nonna would be so proud!
