In a mixing bowl beat brown butter and brown sugar until smooth and creamy
Add in eggs, vanilla, and greek yogurt
Mix in flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt
Divide the dough into portions equal to the number of cooked cinnamon rolls you have
Flatten the dough in your hand, place a cinnamon roll in the middle, then cover the roll with the dough
Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake the chilled cookies for 10 minutes
Cool slightly then drizzle the cinnamon roll icing over the cookies and sprinkle some cinnamon over the top if desired
