Easy Gingerbread Fudge

 

We love to make all types of fudge and this gingerbread fudge is so easy to make and is rich and creamy. This fudge recipe that you can make at home only uses a few ingredients and I bet you have them in your pantry now.

This is the perfect fudge to make for Christmas and cookie platters too!

 

Gingerbread Fudge

 

Ingredients:

2 cups white chocolate chips

1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

1 can sweetened condensed milk

¼ cup butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

3 teaspoons ginger

1 teaspoon cinnamon

½ teaspoon nutmeg

½ teaspoon clove

Sprinkles, optional

Gingerbread man silicone mold, optional

Preparation Instructions:

Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper

Melt white chocolate chips, semi sweet chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in the microwave stirring until smooth

Add in vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves until well combined

Pour into prepared pan or mold and add sprinkles if desired

Chill in the refrigerator at least 2 hours or until firmly set

Slice or remove from mold, serve, share, and enjoy!
