Brownie Mix Recipe
You will need the following items to make this recipe:
- Measuring cups and spoons
- Large mixing bowl
- Silicone spatula
- Brownie pan
Ingredients:
- Boxed brownie mix (18.3 oz)
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup caramel baking bits
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Grease the cavities in the brownie pan.
- Add the brownie mix, oil, water, and eggs to a large bowl and stir with the spatula until combined. Do not overmix.
- Set a small amount of the pecans, caramel bits and chocolate chips aside to top the brownies with. Then fold the remaining pecans, caramel bits and chocolate chips into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the brownie pan, almost filling each of the cavities. Sprinkle a few pecans, caramel bits and chocolate chips on the top of each.
- Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Once the brownies are done, remove the pan from the oven, and allow the brownies to cool completely.
- If you have trouble removing the brownies from the pan, gently run a butterknife around all of the edges of each brownie.
Notes: You can make these in a regular 9×13 baking pan if you’d like, though you will have to adjust the bake time.
