A sweet, funfetti cheese ball that is full of rainbow sprinkles and rolled in crushed frosted animal crackers. This dessert is shaped into an adorable bunny butt and topped with a cotton candy rabbit tail.

My daughter absolutely LOVED this bunny butt cheese ball and may have swiped the cotton candy tail! Note to self – have a few more cotton candy tails on hand for the other people eating this Easter dessert!

Bunny Butt Cheese Ball with Cotton Candy

 

Ingredients

 

2- 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened

1 stick butter, room temperature

½ cup rainbow sprinkles

1-10 oz pkg Instant Jell-O pudding (dry mix)

2 cups white frosted animal crackers

1 pkg pink cotton candy

 

Directions

 

In a food processor, add the animal crackers and process until fine.

Put the cream cheese, butter, sprinkles, and vanilla pudding mix into a large bowl.

Knead with your hands until well combined.

Divide the dough for one large ball and two medium size balls.

Roll each ball in the cookie crumbs.

Place the large ball on a serving plate.

Place the two medium balls that are flattened a bit to make two feet.

Press the 4 pink melting wafers into each “foot” making the pads of the bunny foot.

Place a cotton candy ball on top for the tail. Serve with graham crackers.
