No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
½ cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut flour
2 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions
Mix together all of the ingredients.
Drop by TBSP onto silicon mats or parchment paper. Flatten with the bottom of a glass.
Freeze for at least 20 minutes before serving.
Honestly these cookies are so good, they are perfect for an afternoon bite. We love to have these when the kids have playdates after school.
