No Bake Cheesecake Dessert
We love cheesecake in our home but sometimes you do not have the time to make a cheesecake from scratch. These no bake cheese cake bars are the perfect and easy way to get your cheesecake fix without a lot of time and effort.
This no bake cheesecake dessert actually tastes better the following day so if you are having company. Make this the day before and let it set up in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
No Bake Cheese Cake Bars
Ingredients
1 pkg Pepperidge Farm Chessman Cookies
1 large pkg (8 oz) sugar free vanilla Jell-O pudding
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 TBSP vanilla extract
2 TBSP sweetened condensed milk
Directions
Line a 13 x9 baking dish with one row of chessman cookies (12 cookies). Set Aside.
In an electric mixer with the paddle attachment, whip the cream cheese until smooth.
Add the vanilla pudding and sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract and continue to blend until smooth.
Change the paddle attachment to the whisk attachment. Add the whipping cream to the pudding mixture and whip until thick, light and fluffy. (about 5 minutes)
Spread the filling across the cookies in the prepared dish. Add the remaining 12 cookies on top of the filling.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Cut into 12 pieces.

Tip- You can use any flavor pudding you like.
This is such an easy recipe to make and really is easy to put together because everything is mixed in the same bowl. The batter would be good as a cheesecake dip as well if you wanted to serve with fresh fruit and different types of cookies as well.
