How to Make Peanut Butter Fudge at Home

We love to make all types of fudge and this peanut butter marshmallow fudge is so easy to make and is rich and creamy. This fudge recipe that you can make at home only uses a few ingredients and I bet you have them in your pantry now.

Peanut Butter Marshmallow Fudge

If you have marshmallow fluff on hand you can substitute that for the mini marshmallows in this recipe. The best part about making fudge is that you can freeze it for up to 2 months, so it makes a great addition to dessert boards and parties due to the make-ahead aspect of this easy fudge recipe.

Peanut Butter, Chocolate & Marshmallows Fudge

 

Ingredients

sugar

 heavy cream

peanut butter

salt

vanilla extract

 miniature marshmallows

chocolate melting wafers or chips

Peanut Butter Marshmallow Fudge

Prep Time: 2 minutes
Cook Time: 2 minutes 30 seconds
Additional Time: 1 hour
Total Time: 1 hour 4 minutes 30 seconds

A delicious mixture of peanut butter, marshmallow and chocolate rolled into the best fudge recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • ½ cup chocolate melting wafers or chips

Instructions

1-   
Line an 8-inch square baking dish with aluminum
foil.



2-   
Combine the sugar and cream in a medium saucepan
over medium heat and bring to a boil. Once it is bubbling, boil for EXACTLY 2 ½
minutes.



3-   
Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter, salt,
& vanilla extract until smooth.



4-   
Let the fudge sit for 5 minutes and fold in the
marshmallows and chocolate - there will be sections of fudge that have chunks
of gooey marshmallow bits.



5-   
Top with extra marshmallows if desired.



6-   
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to firm.



7-   
Remove aluminum foil.



8-   
Cut into pieces and serve.
